(More customer reviews)Arrived on time and in good condition. First 200 or so pages were great. Started noticeing that there were horizontal lines through some areas. Printed a picture, and saw it was getting worse. Ran a cleaner page through. No change. Now, several hundred later, it is horrible. When a copy is made of a copy some lines become unreadable. I cannot use this for business printing at all. Using this printer for proofs only. Not a good product at all. Seemed a good price. After about 2 reams of paper, my old toner cartridge is better, and I will be putting it back in. Now realize that the problem is probably the transfer platen, and that is most likely an expensive item that they skimped on.
