(More customer reviews)I bought this cartridge for my Dell 1100 since I am suddenly unable to find compatible cartridges any where else. I was happy to find it here on Amazon and with Amazon prime it seemed like a better deal than ordering the only other one I have found directly from Dell for $80+. However when I opened up the sealed bag, the toner had leaked out and was covering everything! I understand this is a re manufactured cartridge so a bit of toner leaking out in transit isnt a big deal, but this was totally covered all of the gears and everything coated in toner! If I had tried to use this im sure I would have been cleaning toner out of my printer for the next year. The cartridge was packaged well and didnt seem to have moved around so it had to of originally been packaged like this. I will not be buying from this reseller again, luckily I only buy items fulfilled by amazon so it will be going back to them. booo to the cartridge. hooray for Amazon.
