(More customer reviews)I've used four of these over the last few months, we print close to 2,500 letters at a time, twice a week, so I need to buy these types of cartridges on a regular basis. This is about the cheapest name brand replacement cartridge I have come across, most are $100 or more. I have had mixed results with the four, so I am not buying these every time yet.
Cartridge #1 worked until very close to the end of the toner, then it started "speckling" the page w/ toner.
Cartridge #2 worked without any issues.
Cartridge #3 started "speckling" toner very quickly & Amazon replaced it w/o issue, w/ free shipping. The replacement worked fine.
Cartridge #4 got down to 20% then started "banding" the page w/ toner. It was beyond the return time for Amazon, but I contacted Verbatim and they replaced it without any trouble. I only had to pay for shipping back. The replacement is down to 25% and still works fine.
I wish Verbatim included a way to ship these back for recycling for free like HP does. I'm no tree hugger, but it doesn't seem right to just throw these in the trash.
