(More customer reviews)After receiving the wrong item for the third time, the company said that the warehouse would probably continue sending the wrong item and it would be easier if they just refunded my money. Our copy machine at church has been down for over a month waiting on this to be resloved and now I have to look somewhere else for the item. The lady was friendly enough but they should be able to figure out how to ship the correct item. I won't be doing business with them again, I'd be afraid to.
