(More customer reviews)When I ordered this item I was under the impression that I was ordering a pack of one color ink and one black ink cartridge. However, I was wrong. You receive 2 black ink cartridges with this. After re-reading the product description (the picture is WRONG) I see that the fact that you only receive black ink was indeed mentioned. So that is partially my fault for not reading the description thoroughly.
Second, the item description notes that the ink you receive is of the "high-yield" variety. Meaning that each cartridge prints about 500 pages. I received the standard yield (about 175 pages) rather than high yield. Customer service for the Re-Stock It company was not helpful at all either. I was charged for 2 high yield ink cartridges (in total, 1000 pages worth of ink) and received 2 standard yield ink cartridges (325 pages of ink). That's quite the disparity in yield. I could have purchased the 2 standard ink cartridges for about $15 cheaper. I am very disappointed in what I received and what the item was described as. Re-Stock It's customer service was not helpful at all. The representative that I talked to did not seem to be well-informed about the products and did not help me at all. Be very cautious when purchasing this product.
