(More customer reviews)I have used this product for at least 8 years in multiple HP printer styles. The product is very reliable and often exceeds stated life expectancy. Be sure to clean electrical contacts of trace ink before installing new print head. Also, do not remove old print head until you are ready to insert the new print head (very important to prevent drying of ink within the printer system - clogging that point). Run the "clean printhead" feature of the HP printer when indicated.
