(More customer reviews)Tried 2 different cartridges and both gave me a 'toner invalid' error message on my printer. Someone at the vendor's stated that there may be a driver update that precludes refilled cartridges from form being used in place of original manufacturer replacements.
Since I was getting everything out of my old cartridge, I didn't even try the new one until I was out of toner. So, by the time this whole thing was finally resolved, I had to purchase one locally at full retail price... ugh!
Not happy that they didn't put up some warning. If they did, I would have tried the new cartridge as soon as it arrived and had time to resolve the issues before I was totally out.
