(More customer reviews)This is the second time I have ordered these refills from this seller and I am satisfied for the most part. The packaging is great and it arrives always on time or before the scheduel due date. The only Major complaint I have is if you order two refills at the same time like I did, One (1) Black Ink and One (1) Color Ink, I'm charged a seperated shipping on each of the item (thats two (2) shipping charges in total, even if it's shipped in one box, and the shipping charges are so much more money then the item itself, I think that's unfair. The shipping charges for these ink refills are very expensive and I really don't see why the seller charges TWO shipping charges, I feel he should charge one shipping fee when they are being mailed in one box, I will be surfing the internet for another company to order from next time.
