(More customer reviews)My 13 yr old son pitches hard for 7 innings about once a week for his Babe Ruth team. He is regularly icing now with the Ice Wrap. He puts it on right after getting home and watches TV for a half hour. The coach was very pleased to hear about the care we are taking to keep him healthy. He also recommends a short run within 12 hours after the ice to clear out the lactic acid. I really think it is irresponsible to allow pitching at this level without some kind of icing afterwards.
