(More customer reviews)I needed a toner replacement right away for my Canon MFC 5770, and the OEM Canon Toner was just too expensive. I was originally concern about purchasing a remanufactured toner for their lack of quality and possible damaging my printer. Although there were other options available on Amazon, I was intrigue about this Toner in that it was made to both ISO9001 and ISO14001 specifications and claims to have a new drum. At the time of this review there was only one other product review which was 5 star.
PROS: Very good quality for a remanufactured toner. Shipped in packaging similar to the OEM toner with 2 packing strips that needed to be removed in order to activate the Toner. The weight was heavier than the OEM toner, which demonstrated how much more toner it contained. Fitted easily into the printer slot, resetting the "out of toner" error message, following by printing out 30 pages that was stored in the printers memory. Text printing was the same quality as OEM toner. Great edges and grey shades. Black was true black. Delivery time was very impressive. The fastest of any product I ordered from Amazon with standard ground shipping. Toner arrived the next day. Return label states that that the company was located in Norco, California, only 40 minutes from where I lived. Great if you need a toner in Southern California.
CONS: Printing of colored picture to test grey shades were lighter and grainy compared to OEM, but acceptable. I do most of my printing on text. Carton states toner was Made In China. Although the original price was competitive to other choices on Amazon, the shipping charge is steep on top of Ca Sales Tax. I purchased two toners to spread out the S/H charges. Even with added fees, two toners were still cheaper than one new toner. No return shipping label for used toner. Will drop off old toner at Staples for discount office purchase.
