(More customer reviews)My Dell 3010 CN printer would not accept this cartridge. I kept getting the error message "remove/replace toner cartridge" I attempted several times. Finally I grew frustrated, shook and inserted the old cartridge and my document printed. Emailed seller but have not heard back as of yet.
