(More customer reviews)I purchased this ink because they claim it is compatible with the CX7400. It definitely is not; the cartridge is too big to fit in the slot. However, I sent the company an email and they replied about a week later saying I could receive a refund, but did not need to return the cartridges. I got the refund a few days later and just recycled the cartridges.
