(More customer reviews)I installed these in the 2840 and it immediately began printing on half a page and leaving the other half blank. I contacted the tech support who said they would send me a return box and never received it. I tried new HP cartridges and it still printed half a page. I finally found a person online who told me the carosel was out of alignment, usually from sloppy cartridges, and I basically pulled on the sides of the carosel in opposite directions until there was a snap. (HP was going to charge me $350 to look at it) Then I reinstalled the new HP cartridges and it works. I won't reinstall the refurbs again.
