This sounds like a great company, I love the fact that they are helping wildlife. ( that is why their product would not get only one star from me )
However, this ink fades, and it fades fast. I will keep some of mine and plug them in to my spare printer for doing presentation work for my job. But, my photography is much more important! I had an announcement hanging in a shop on a board about 10 feet from the windows where it would rarely, if ever, get direct sun and after only two weeks the colors were noticably wrong (to me anyway). Not even suspecting the Rhinotek ink I did a test to try to figure out what the problem was...
I printed two photos on the two different kind of papers I was using and left them in the sun with a post-it right in the middle. After only two days I could see that the color was faded. So, I lifted the post-it and in comparison I could see that only the yellow ink had faded. At that point I knew... I had mixed inks in the printer, some Canon some Rhinotek but I did not know which colors were Rhino. When I opened the hood, only the yellow tank was Rhinotek.
Now, two more days later, the yellow is totally gone from the unprotected areas of the prints and the other colors remain intact with very little fading.
So, unless you plan on covering your prints during the day, or you are just doing unimportant things like work, my suggestion is to go for the Canon.
