(More customer reviews)My law office needed a medium to heavy-duty printer to use in the preparation of large numbers of trial exhibits. Typically this will involve producing seven binders of perhaps 200-300 images each. Our old, light-duty printer simply was not up to the job. The problem was mainly one of expense -- a light-duty printer will require many ink refills in the process of producing these trial exhibits, costing over $1,000. This, of course, was not acceptable.
After performing tests, we determined that this Kyocera C270N could do the same job for a little over $350. Plus it produced far better and clearer images with better image rendition than other printers that we had been using. Also, the unit is reasonably fast.
Thus far, this printer has been an economical and efficient workhorse, that I would recommend to others who have medium-duty tasks similar to the one I describe above.
