(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with the toner. My printer is a Brother printer which came with the TN-330 cartridge. I replaced the toner by following the instructions and everything worked. It printed the first and all other pages perfectly. For getting the old toner out I spread out a news paper and tapped the cartridge gently to get out all the old toner. Then I used a vacuum and tapped the cartridge a few times until nothing came out. I put the new toner in and reset the printer as per the instructions and that was it. DONE.
My tips on this procedure would be (A) The plastic plug which needs to be remove on the cartridge is really soft plastic. Just get it off and throw it away. I just put a piece of masking tape over the cap hole. That way I don't have to try and remove the cap again next time. (B) I did a good job by poking a small hole in the bottom of the toner bottle to let air in so that the toner came out of the bottle easier. (C) Have one or two wet paper towels ready or a cloth. It does not make a huge mess but imagine very fine black power. You know, do this job where you would do a messy job.(D) The reset leavers inside were not immediately obvious, but if you look at the door when it is open you can see like a little poke thing on the very right hand side sticking up from the door. That sticky-outy presses the door closed button. The button is in a hole vertically centered between the two largeish screws on the right. You can't miss it with those directions. The reset lever is white and on the left just behind the green release lever once you have the cartridge back in. I held them down till it acted like it was done turning its wheels.
