(More customer reviews)I was disappointed at how soon the Dell toner turned up empty in my Dell 2130cn, and I was shocked at the high price (currently $355) a full set of Dell brand cartridges cost. This totally negates the perceived value of buying this low-priced color laser printer. I searched high and low for specifications on capacity of the included cartridges, with no result. Seems to me they're around 25% full at the most.
Enter these compatible toner cartridges, which I bought from GO-DPS. There are several other marketplace sellers offering this same product, I can't be sure if they're selling the exact same item or not. There's a lot of OEM and compatible cartridges out there. There's no brand name, and the Amazon listing says "by Compatible". The listing denotes part number ITE-330-1436-MP-C-1. The boxes are unmarked, other than "suitable for 2130" and color code "2130-B/C/Y/M". The toner was sealed in a plastic pouch. You tear the pouch, peel the tab, remove the existing cartridge from your printer, slide this one in, and the printer accepts it readily.
Quality of this toner on paper appears equal to the Dell toner, color and black printouts on plain paper look superb, just like the Dell toner did, with vivid and accurate colors printing from Photoshop. I've almost exhausted my first set, and I'm back for more, confident it will get the job done, and 85% off the Dell price tag.
If you're looking for a value priced alternative to buying Dell brand toner for your 2130cn, I recommend that you consider trying these out for size.
