(More customer reviews)I bought the kit, followed the directions and everything worked perfect for my Konica Minolta Magicolor 2430DL.
One mistake that I ran into...which was totally my own fault, was that I opened the printer and yanked the low toner cartridge out first without actually going through the printer setup and selecting "Change low toner cartridge" Well it took me 25 minutes worth of figuring out how to get the printer to recognize that I refilled a toner cartridge. So do yourself a favor and use the printer menu to let the printer "know" that you are indeed changing or refilling a cartridge.
The other mistake that I ran into was that I put the tiny reset chip in upside down. My fault again. And the directions stated to cut a piece off with an exacto knife, but it was unnecessary. So I figured I'd tell you that to save you a step.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. And BTW, I didn't find it any cheaper than the Easy Cartridge Refill seller on amazon.
