(More customer reviews)UPDATE: I called their tech support and they immediately offered to send a replacement. Since the replacement is back ordered, they offered to refund my money instead. They are sending me a prepaid shipping label and they are very courteous. I'm not sure how many "stars" to assign. Since the product did not work and they could not replace it with a working model, so I think I am obligated to use one star.
PROBLEM: Arrived with a missing plastic side arm. Cannot be used. I've sent email to vendor to see about how they plan to remedy this. I purchased this several months ago but just opened it up today because my old ink cartridge has run dry. Will update this review as vendor responds. However, at a minimum, you cannot count on this cartridge to work correctly when you receive it. If you order it, test it immediately! Or at least open it up. The defect - the missing arm - is quite obvious! (Sure wish I had checked it as soon as I got it!)
