I ordered the incorrect toner cartridge due to my own switching around of the model number for my printer. They requested I ship the cartridge back for credit. Then they pulled a Macy's on me. "We will not have that cartridge in stock for two weeks, so we suggest you buy from someone else so you don't have to wait."
Considering you never know how well customer service issues will be handled in this day and age, especially in cyberspace, I give this company a full thumbs up for demonstrating their integrity in this matter.
