(More customer reviews)I have a friend who had an Epson printer and went with the cheap substitution ink. After that, his printouts were sub-par at best. So I just use the "genuine" Epson ink cartridges and haven't had a problem. There may be some knock-off brands that are fine but at present, I'm not confident in them.
