(More customer reviews)While the photo shows a genuine Canon cartridge and no where does the description say it is remanufactured, don't be fooled (like I was). I received a cheap copy in a smashed up box from China. The actual cartridge was broken on one side so the roller part was separated from the toner part. I contacted the seller - Marque Office - and got no response to my email. Fortunately, Amazon stepped up and refunded my purchase cost and shipping.
