(More customer reviews)I purchased the term refills for a phaser Xerox 7300. The refill process was fairly straightforward because there is a hole in the cartridge where you can insert the toner; however, even after having followed the instructions very carefully, not overfilling, etc. The machine still indicated that the cartridge was empty. When I inserted a new cartridge with new toner, then the error message went away. Apparently, just filling the toner when the toner is low will not do the trick for this particular machine, you need to insert a new cartridge with new toner for everything to work properly. In addition, the whole process is kind of messy, and if you spilled toner powder it gets all over the place and its probably worse than an oil spill.
