(More customer reviews)A fine horizontal line of dropout appears a couple times on every page. Sometimes you notice it on a page of text, sometimes you don't. It's very apparent if you print a graphic or a flat black page. Other than that the print quality is good, unlike the muddy quality of some aftermarket cartridges. The cartridge came in a sturdy box, and was well packed for shipping.
In the seller's defense, I did not ask them to correct the problem. The printer in question is used primarily for software listings, so the horizontal lines do not significantly impact my work, whereas waiting for a replacement cartridge would have. Hence, I cannot comment on their customer service, or on whether the problem I experienced is common. However, I would not buy this cartridge again.
