(More customer reviews)It was simple to install and it worked immediately. It fixed my color laser printer, but the complaint that I have is not the imaging kit, but the cost of the fix. I bought the entire color laser printer for about $100, but this imaging kit cost over $100. This means that it is more cost effective to buy a brand new one and not fix this one. That would have been wasteful, so as much as I hated to spend more money to fix it, I went ahead and bought this imaging kit. I am hoping that this imaging unit last at least a couple of years to assuage the insanity of the relative cost of the fix. My comment to the manufacturer is that they design more robust parts and if not, have a 3 year warranty instead of the 1 year warranty (which may imply that they are only responsible financially if the system only last one year which is not a good product...printer that is).
