(More customer reviews)I bought this ink cartridge in December so that I would have a spare cartridge available for my fax machine - I always keep a spare. I opened it today, February 7, removed the cartridge from the wrapper, and ink poured out of the cartridge all over my hand. The cartridge was covered in ink, as was the wrapper and my hand! I carefully put the cartridge back into its wrapper and box, washed the ink off of my hand, and went to amazon's web site to obtain a shipping label to return it. I learned that the return date has passed so I hope that I am not stuck with this defective cartridge. Needless to say, I do not recommend this ink cartridge! On a positive note the ink washes off fairly easily with soap and water.
