(More customer reviews)We bought this KVM almost a year ago and used it daily. The KVM switches between two top end computers used for internet financial and government research and gets heavy use. The switch has performed flawlessly until a recent power surge that knocked out one of the computers (the surge went right through an APC 1500 UPS)and the KVM. I emailed Raritan about the problem and received an immediate response that requested my address. Two days later, FEDEX showed up with a new KVM.
Girls and boys, we have dealt with a lot of equipment manufacturers over the last 20 years but this is the BEST treatment we've received in years.
