(More customer reviews)I ordered and received the product about 2-3 weeks ago. I just got a chance to install the cartridge in my fax today. It apparently does not fit as my fax continually prompts me to install a cartridge. Upon inspection, I noticed the top portion of the product had a broken "lip" that must affect the functioning.
This was a waste of good earned money on the cartridge.
Additionally, the orginal cartridge has two lips on it whereas the ordered one only had one.
This particular cartridge was a waste of my money!
