(More customer reviews)I called LD PRODUCTS INC. because I wanted to make a purchase and asked them if the cartridges were compatible with my HP computer with the model number. After I made a purchase the assurance that if a cartridge didn't work disappeared
I complained that the cartridge was not recognized by my printer. They said return the cartridges I had purchased 70 dollars worth of cartridges.
They even sent a label for return. And I used it. Now two months later no refund No replies to my emails not replies to my PayPal requests for help. They ignore you.
This company seems to decide what they will or will not do without regard to the guarantee they give.
I would be very cautious of making an order from this company
