(More customer reviews)If you print double-sided, and who doesn't these days to save paper, then this drum is not for you. Like the other reviewers say, you will get a jam for almost every single page you print. It's garbage! If you print single-sided, it appears to work just fine. I've only printed a few pages while trying to debug all these jams. There's a good chance it won't hold up under heavy use as the heat wears down the cheap components.
