It arrives with a separate sheet other than the packing slip basically warning you that you have received good(s) that will most likely not match your expectation. Instantly, I could tell the weight of the toner was off from a standard Samsung cartridge. Even after getting a replacement toner sent out, I still find it impossible to print out a job without an error caused by the toner. Save your money by doling out the funds for the real deal.
