(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these cartridges - put the first one in upon receipt and it appeared to work well.
About two weks later, my printer stated that the cartridge "was not from the region of use". I contacted the seller and shared the matter. Was told that I had a defective cartridge and it should be returned; they provided a return label.
I returned the cartridge and checked to make sure they recieved it. It has been there for about 2 weeks - yet I have not heard from them. So, I sent them an e-mail - and have yet to receive a reply.
I will write them again - and allow about 2 - 3 more days. Afterwards, i will notify my credit card and request a refund. I don't think I will be dong business with these guys again.
