(More customer reviews)This toner cartridge is expensive. But, you can buy toner (the black powder) in the secondary market, and refill. The refilling is done by flipping open a round cap on the side. This gives good result upto 3 refillings. On the 4th filling I found problems like a dark line on one side. It looks like the drum gets bad and it picks up extra black powder , here and there, and you get light black blotches.Of course, they say you null the warantee.
