(More customer reviews)While the toner cartridges ended up being okay, Great Toners sent them with no instructions and no invoice. For the time that it took us to communicate via e-mail I was effectively without a printer. They finally e-mailed me directions, and I got the product to work, but I was not happy with the long delay or with their lack of remedy.
