(More customer reviews)Despite the claim that this toner was suitable for my HP printer, the printer rejected it because it's not HP equipment. A message came up on the printer screen saying that the toner needed to be replaced despite the installation of this new cartridge. It's totally useless to me because HP toner cartridges have a chip in them which the printer reads to accept it. I threw it out. A waste of money.
