(More customer reviews)Ordered the cartridges over a month ago because I was running low on my black ink. Ran out today finally and when inserted this cartridge my printer didn't work. It kept displaying error messages, did not recognize the cartridge and I was not able to use the product I paid for. My printer is HP Officejet J4680! You better off buying the original ones which are pricey but at least you'll know you have a reliable cartridge. Will never buy from this seller again! Scammers
