(More customer reviews)Amazon tells me I cannot cancel this order because it is being prepaired to ship. Amazon, this is your site and your reputation for timley deliverys. Shipping of items listed in your site as in stock that do not ship in the 4 business days can not be stock. Allowing a seller to list an item as stock and you guarantee delivery makes you look very bad. Back up your guarantee and cancel this order for me so I can purchase from a seller who delivers as promised.
Kelly Store claim the ink I wanted to order was in stock. I ordered 9/13/2010 and received a conformation the ink would be shipped 9/14 or 15/ 2001. Today is 0/18/2010 and the ink has not been shipped. The Amazon comformation indicated, Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (4-14 business days) The Amazon shipping guarantee is a joke. This seller did not ship a stock item in one or two business days as promised or in 4 business days. This is 5 days after the order and I have no idea when my order will be shipped.
The seller estimates delivery between 9/14/2010 - 910/5/2010. As of this date the earlest the ink can be shipped is 9/14/2010. If your ordering something you need, do not trust this company, and do not count on Amazon to back up their guarantee. I would never deal with this seller again.
On 9/20/2010 I need to order my ink from another supplier who will deliver in a timley manor. With out ink I cannot print. I could have lived with the standard shipping but now that my ink has not been shipped it is not possible to receive the ink on time. I want to cancel my oreder and anyone reading this should think twice about ordering. October 5, would be 22 days to deliver a stock item, who are you kidding, this item is not stock and this seller will say anything to get the order
