(More customer reviews)The pictured and described unit is what I ordered, but what I got was a unit that was a different color with interchangeable coils, the unit being difficult to take apart and put in the coils. I specifically ordered this paarticular neck and jaw toner so I didn't have to mess with changing the coils. A huge disappointment but too inconvenient to send back right now. This is the shipper's fault.
