(More customer reviews)I purchased this pack and received it quickly. I installed the product and it appeared that I may have a defective cartridge. I sent an inquiry via amazon.com to vender to see what I should do if a had a defective cartridge; within days I received a replacement cartridge w/o any additional communication. i would sertainly recommend this vendor and purchase an ink cartridge set in the future. Their prices were very competitive with HP prices.
