(More customer reviews)My printer would not accept one of my ink cartridges. HP support sent me to India for "tech support" which wanted to charge me $39.95 to speak to representative. I told them my printer was fine I just needed to replace a faulty cartridge and refused to pay them a fee to return an item. After an hour and 6 representatives later, I ran out of time. The cost of replacing the cartridge is $65 but my sanity is priceless.
