(More customer reviews)After opening the package ink went all over my hands and I had to wash the whole cartridge. It kept leaking from the top label, but once installed vertically in the printer it stopped. I crossed my fingers and left it in, hoping that it does not leak all over...Next time I'm ordering retail and not refills.
