T-SQUARE STAINLESS STEEL 36in Drafting, Engineering, Art (General Catalog) Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this item believing I would be purchasing a quality stainless steel T-square, manufactured by Alvin, a US company.
I liked the description of the product in that it had a cast head... none of that plastic or composite stuff. When received, it looked nice. But as soon as I went to use it, I realized it was not square. What good is a T-Square that's not square?
Being handy, I thought this should not be a problem... just loosen the 4 screws that attach the blade to the head, align, and re-tighten. No luck. There is no machined slot to hold the head square with the blade.. and the screw holes in the blade and the screws themselves are all bevelled... so as soon as you tighten the screws, it pulls the blade back to it's out-of-square position. You cannot change the alignment or set the head square on this T-Square.
I emailed ALVIN and they just said return it to the Amazon retailer. Apparently they don't understand customer service or defective product.
You would think they would want this back for quality review purposes.
I notified the Amazon retailer, and after two contacts, they emailed me that they would just refund our purchase.. no need to return the defective item. Thanks to them (Circuit Office)for putting an easy end to a useless product.

ALERATEC 1:4 DVD/CD Tower Publisher LS 260150 Review

(More customer reviews)Regarding the Aleratec 1:4 DCD/CD Tower Publisher LS. Bought the first one at Microcenter. Out of the box one of the drives would not show up. I went through various recomended registry cleanings as well as deleting stuff in my device manager. Aleratec customer service was very helpfull with a replacement, but I had to push them a little to have them absorb the shipping cost of returning the item to them. Make sure you don't pay for shipping if you have to return one. Next, once I started using the device I had problems. For instance, drives would stop responding and then the whole job would have to be restarted. The software is unresponsive, and you cannot cancel jobs once they are started. Not only that, the software ignores you. Several times I tried canceling all my jobs (because one of the drives stopped responding), and then the drives just kept popping open waiting for disks. I attempted to close the software, but got stuck in a loop where it would ask me over and over whether I wanted to cancel all burning jobs. Basically I would have to resort to shutting the device down, and then killing the software's process. I tested this device on at least three machines (windows XP) in my house, and am seeing the same problems on all of them. If a drive does not hang, the software hangs. Twice I had machines freeze up completely while running the software. So I would say the idea is neat, but Aleratec has not tested their hardware and software that well. Also make sure that you buy plenty of extra media. Out of a job of 60 disks I had to do, about 15 where failures for one reason or another. If you are a professional making large amounts of media, this product is probably not a good idea, since you will probably have to go and test each and every disk.

(More customer reviews)We bought one of these and put it in the supply cabinet. Months later (when we couldn't return it) we opened it up and it did not work in our printer. You're just better off getting an HP brand cartridge that actually works or that MIPO brand or the Office Depot brand remanufactured cartridge. Those are the ones that have worked for us. (We have the HP 825C.)

(More customer reviews)I decided to get this instead of of original HP cartridges because original are outrageously expensive and I need to do lots of color printing and the cost to value ratio was getting out of hand. So far I'm happy with this cartridge, the only gripe is that my HP7400 multifunction printer can't tell the INK level left in the cartridge, but quality wise the outcome of the prints using this ink are the same to my "naked" eye. I'm printing in Fast Normal mode always to save the INK and I'm not able to tell the difference between this print and HP based ink.
I will update this review after I find out how many pages I was able to print with this cartridge compared to HP one.

I'm disappointed now - they don't "click" into place like they need to in order to work properly, and everything prints out with a white (non-printed) streak every 4 lines or so. (More customer reviews)I had searched high and low for this particular kind of step with absolutley no luck, despite the fact that step aerobics are not only hugely populer, but this particular step model is the most widely used in gyms, home exercise videos and on Fitness television. It was simply no where to be found at every major (and even minor) store I went to which sells fitness equipment. They all carried the smaller 12x25 inch step, and I needed this larger 14x40 inch step for a wider variety of exercises. These include not only step aerobics, but also chest presses, tricep dips and many other exercises. This in fact serves and as both a step-up and a weight bench, is easy to assemble, and adjusts to three seperate heights (additional height can be added on by purchasing additional raisers but I won't be needing those). This step is strong and sturdy and the surface effectively absorbs the shock of high impact exercises. I am able to stand on the very edge of it for doing calve raises without feeling like it's going to tip over with my body weight.
I was even further impressed that it arrived within slightly less than a week of ordering it - and during the week of Christmas at that. This step is so much fun to use and I am absolutely in love with it!

Canon BCI-3E Photo Ink Tank Multipack for BC-32E Review

(More customer reviews)Canon ink cartridges are the best for Canon printers, but Amazon should provide better information about the compatibility of the printers and ink tanks they sell. I bought a Canon i850 photo printer from Amazon and these BCI-3E Photo Ink Tanks are NOT compatible while the BCI-3E Color Ink Tanks (ASIN: B00004U8RN) ARE compatible. Yes, both are called BCI-3E. Go figure. I ordered the wrong ones and had to return them. I suggest being very careful before you order or buy them from somewhere else where you get better information about compatibility.

Do not buy this product for you epson printer becuause you will end up having to return it to amazon.com. when you put it in the printer, it doesnt print anything at all, even though it fits into the slot and everything. Your best bet is to go with the Epson brand of cartridge, becuase these so-called compatible brands do not work at all.
