Finally I grew frustrated, shook and inserted the old cartridge and my document printed. Emailed seller but have not heard back as of yet.

(More customer reviews)This toner refill kit will save you a ton of money. I can't see any difference in the print quality, it's just like a new OEM cartridge. Getting the fill cap off of the TN210 is a little tough and you might damage it causing the cartridge to leak. Just be careful, a few dents in the cap is OK, just don't break the thin plastic on the cartridge. I recommend sealing the cap when you put it back on. I used chap-stick because it's thick and will let you take the cap back off for the next refill. Tape DOES NOT WORK! No leaks so far... The cartridges will not last forever, you can refill them several times before you need to buy new Brother cartridges (NOT RE MANUFACTURED ONES!!) The kit comes with instructions for resetting the toner level. If that doesn't work, open the cover and press "clear/back", that will get you into to reset menu on the MFC-9320CW and allow you to manually reset the toner level.

It seems as if the drum is covered with toner and the Panasonoc KX-MB271 doesn't really give access to clean it. I have had some experience with refilling cartridges and was careful not to overfill or spill toner. If you need crisp, white copies, you might want to consider paying for a new cartridge.

Verbatim tech support was very nice and is sending a new one (as soon as they receive the one we have) but we have to pay the return shipping. Had five coasters (out of twenty) early on --- and with the cost of these DVDs, those were *expensive* coasters --- and at least two were due to manufacturing flaws (edge crack on one, while the other had a very visible pock mark where the burn process failed). However, I also had a very pleasant, instructive and productive e-mail exchange with a Delkin Customer Service Representative and a new ten-pack of DVDs arrived two days later.
As for the discs themselves, the quality of materials is visually evident, and they have no problems being burned and read on any of my DVD burners (Samsung and H-P) using Nero. I'm not planning to be around to actually test the "100 Year Disc" longevity claim, but, if I am, I'll be sure to post an update to this review. ;-)

(More customer reviews)I've used low cost generic cartridges before but this brand takes the cake. DO NOT buy this product (unless you want to waste your money) Even though the 880 printers are notorious for showing depleted ink prematurely (there was even a lawsuit about it!) I usually get at least half use out of standard Epson replacements. This one didn't even make it through on page of a high quality print job! I reinstalled it thinking I might fool the ink levels to no avail. Next time I'm buying the real deal. Don't mess with this stuff.
