(More customer reviews)Finally, Dell's monopoly is broken! I am so glad that some one other that Dell is making toner for Dell Printers. This toner costs almost one third the price of official Dell toner for Dell 1600n Multi-Function Laser Printer, which is rated at 5000 pages, but I don't think I ever got 5000 pages.
I have this toner for a month and have not noticed any difference in quality from the official Dell toner. So far I have already printed about 2500 pages and it is still going strong. Therefore, it seems to be working as well as the three time more expensive Dell toner, which I see no reason to buy any longer.

LD © 4 Compatible Phaser 6125 Toners 1(Bk,C,M,Y) Review

(More customer reviews)The toner cartridges themselves are impressive. I can't perceive any difference at all comparing printouts using Xerox and 3rd party toner.
This is apparently not a refurbished (used) Xerox cartridge, it differs some. One difference is that the Xerox toners have color tabs that help identify which is which, wheras the LD's all have the same black tab. It's a minor thing though.
There does sometimes seem to be an issue when you first plug the new toner in. Sometimes it doesn't get recognized first try. Simply remove and reinsert and all have worked fine after that.
However, the cartidges seem to fall well short of their Xerox original claimed life of 2000 pages black, 1000 pages color (LD don't seem to publish a spec of their own). I estimate maybe 200-250 pages per set of four LD cartridges based on my use to date :(

(More customer reviews)So far this toner cartridge seems to work just like the OEM. I've printed 4,987 pages and have an estimated 262 pages remaining. It seems to be the same yield I got with the OEM HP high-yield cartridge.
Update Note: I've been getting some squeaking noises from my printer with the last two LD cartridges I've used. I don't know if it's my printer, or the toner cartridges causing the noise. Unfortunately, I can't find any decent instructions on how / what to do on the P2055dn for periodic maintenance, so I'm going to wing it and clean, lube what I can on the printer, and then see how the noise issue is. I'll post results later...

(More customer reviews)It's toner. It's from Samsung. It's OEM. What more? JUST BE AWARE - that your yield is 1000 pages which means you will probably get a little less. Not sure, but I believe the CLP printer may use a little of all the colors even on black and white printing - but this isn't a review for the printer, this is for toner.
So, this toner is packaged VERY VERY well. No worries during shipping.
It opens up and doesn't spill on you - VERY nice.
When you remove it, there is very little to no mess - VERY nice.
It works well is the CLP printer. (You may have CLT or CLX - I can't comment there, but on the CLP, no issues.)
So there you go - Not a bad price - free 2 day shipping for PRIME users - it's good.

Laser Toner Cartridge P1005-COM Review

(More customer reviews)I replaced the "starter" toner cartridge in my p1006 that lasted almost a year. This cartridge is about 40% the price of a genuine HP one, and it installed without a hitch. On my PC a window popped up saying "Genuine HP cartridge installed".
After printing a couple test pages I can already tell that this will not be a great product. This cartridge is prints MUCH lighter than the HP one I had. With that, I could set it to "Econo mode" and have perfectly fine prints (crosswords usually). With this cartridge and the same settings it was about 50% lighter than the HP, and very uneven. Even in Full 600 (middle range) mode I could see lines of white where there should be solid black... This does not bode well. I'll see what the yield ends up being, but id guess much less than the original.
I would not buy this one again.

(More customer reviews)If your printer's color is starting to fade, (especially reds and magentas) and you're thinking the cartridge is running low, it might actually be the printer is dirty internally. Unfortunately, the cleaning process is intricate and not a do-it-yourself task. What's going on is dust has settled on the lenses and mirrors in the laser scanning unit. My sources at HP tell me this is a "dirty little secret" with the 1600 and 2600-series printers and that you'll probably need to have it cleaned every 18 to 24 months depending on how dusty your area is.
I'm telling you this in a review for toner as this cartridge is used in the affected printers. Five stars for being a high-quality product that's not going to leak toner on you like some off-brand refilled cartrige might.

HP Remanufactured 5 Pack of Q2612A Black Toner Cartridges Review

(More customer reviews)I've ordered the same five-pack about three times in the last two years. It's a great value: the single cartridge at Staples, manufactured by HP, is $78 today. HP cautions against using other manufacturers' cartridges because of print quality, and claims it's actually more costly to use the non-standard part because you'll have to throw out nonperforming cartridges.
In my experience, I've only had one of 15 cartridges print so poorly and erratically that I needed to throw it out. Print quality isn't always perfect, but it's adequate for the job (I'm an attorney, and I file many court documents printed with these cartridges).
Do the math: 14 performing cartridges for $170 or less this way; 14 cartridges from Staples for $7,000 or more. No contest.

Black Compatible Laser Toner ML2010-COM Review

(More customer reviews)The price was right; so much less expensive than buying directly from Dell Computer. The package arrived ahead-of-schedule, and the packaging was exceptional: recycled cardboard, air-filled packing instead of styrofoam. Initial print quality was better than when Dell 1100 printer was brand-new. I was thrilled! All that I EXPECT when buying through Amazon.
But then the Bad News!
While advertised as a 2000 copy cartridge, at slightly over 1000 copies it became unreadable. And these were primarily text copies not graphics, photos, etc.
Happy-at-first, but won't buy Sophia again.

(More customer reviews)I received a SCX-4100D3/SEE cartridge from a MarketPlace seller, and it works perfectly in my SCX-4100 printer. I am very pleased.
The box only lists the part number as SCX-4100D3, and states "For SCX-4100", so I do not know how a seller would be able to determine the part inside has a /XAA or /SEE suffix. Amazon should correct its listing to remove the designation /XAA if there is not a way to ensure that the part shipped actually has that suffix.
