(More customer reviews)When the OEM toner cartridge that came with the printer ran out, I bought a low priced (read cheap) replacement. After a while it started to show a grey band on the entire right edge, top to bottom. I then purchased this fairly, reasonably priced quality item, put it in and that solved the problem.
Just remember to gently shake the cartridge before inserting it into the printer and make sure you hear a click when it is fully seated.
