I purchased this Q2613X toner cartridge for my HP LaserJet 1300.
All I keep getting when I print is solid black pages - even when I print an empty (white) Microsoft Word document with no text on it!
I just opened it from the box, removed the black paper as requested and pulled out the thin strip that always comes with toner cartridges, put it into the printer and tried to print and all I keep getting is solid black pages with toner dust all over it.
I am calling Amazon to get my money back.
