(More customer reviews)This product is rated very low due to very bad defect rates and non-existent guarantee in my experience. I purchased three toner cartridges from Amazon that were sourced from LD Products. Two of the three developed problems very shortly within the first 100 pages printed. That is a 66% defect rate. Because I had the products on the shelf for over 30 days before first installing them in the printer, Amazon would not credit the full purchase price for the first cartridge that failed. I received about 80% credit. The second cartridge of the three failed shortly after that and I tried to resolve the issue with LD Products in writing. LD Products has a printed 100% guarantee on their packaging, but yet absolved themselves of any responsibility for their product and told me that because I purchased thru Amazon, Amazon was the only party that could handle my claim for replacement or refund. At this point I am left with a defective toner cartridge with an alleged LD Products 100% guarantee that Amazon is likely only to refund some percentage. I shall Nevermore purchase anything from LD Products or any of their affiliated brands or companies until they stand up to their alleged "100% guarantee".
