(More customer reviews)We needed to do tons of bulk printing where quality was not an issue - so why waste good money on pricey ink? But, refilled ink cartridges have been a real crapshoot in my experience; in this case they are working well and present no problems or issues so far. Capacity is what I would expect. Would have given this 5 stars, but the shipment packaging was what I'd consider substandard (bubble-wrap lined envelope with loose cartridges inside instead of a box). They weren't damaged but quite easily could have been. Delivery and communications from this vendor was very good and appropriate. So far, no junk mail. Would recommend to a friend and will probably buy again, maybe even when quality IS an issue...
