(More customer reviews)I purchased two Dell 1720 compatible cartridges from Great Toners. One had leaked and caused a heck of a mess. The other was not for a Dell 1720.
Unlike the other lady I will be pursuing whatever it takes for a refund.
One unit not good would be alarming but both bad speaks volumes.
I would have rated this company zero stars had that been an option.
