(More customer reviews)I don't know how to Rate toner, but so far works well for me. When i got my package and opened it, all the toner spilled out because a piece was broken on cartridge. I called "inkers" and they assured me this wasn't a common thing to happen. They were very apologetic and rushed me a good replacement piece ASAP. All i had to do was take the broken item to staples to recycle. I even got a store credit for the broken toner cartridge.
